- Seldom becomes invasive.

IA
· Cancer has formed.
· Tumor is 2 centimeters or smaller.
· Has not spread outside of breast.
IB
· Small clusters of cancer cells are found in lymph nodes or
· No tumor or tumor is 2 centimeters or smaller.
